A Special General Meeting has has been called on the Saturday 1st November 2025 to discuss overdue fees.
The definition of overdue fees as per the rule book are:
"annual subscription and other annual fees are more than three months in arrears "
This is a mandatory attendance for all members, non attendance reasons should be cleared through the committee.
